MEET OUR TEAM:

Leslie McGwire is a premier designer for high end salons, spas and resorts. A member of ASID, she has been a designer for 26 years and has won 11 national design awards including the Salon Today Award. Among the spas and/or salons she has designed are The Mirage, Wynn Hotel & Resort, JM Marriott in Las Vegas, The Doves in Santa Monica, Amadeus Salons & Spas in Newport Beach and Pasadena and Jose Eber Salons of Beverly Hills in Las Vegas and Houston.

McGwire has worked as the western regional sales directors for Takara Belmont and Belvedere USA, and, most recently, she worked with the executive producers of Shear Genius and The Tabitha Show, creating set design with unique equipment and chairs.

Thirteen years ago, McGwire led the creation of The Salon & Spa Design Studio in Farmington Hills, MI, a new division for tng worldwide (TNG) that would eventually become The Pavilion. Although she left for California in 2001 and spent the past nine years building her impressive resume, her journey eventually brought her back to TNG in June 2010 as the national vice president of Pavilion sales.
